This is a free 15-minute session where you talk to a coach about your business.

Think of this session as a diagnosis.

We will then go away and plan a personalized plan specific to your business.

We’ll then schedule a full coaching session around a week or two later

Step 2: Game Plan Session

Based on the information we have; we will present a personalized game plan for your business.

At the end of that session, you have the option to take the plan and run with it yourself or hire us to help implement it for you.

The reason these sessions are free is because some business owners choose to hire us.

But we can afford have a few say “no”.

And for that reason the direction you go in is entirely up to you with no pressure.

As it should be.

Here are the entry requirements

You MUST own a Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Landscaping, Roofing, Concreting or similair construction-based trades business (We do NOT work with builders).

You are making a minimum of $40k per month in revenue/sales.

Including yourself, you have at least 4 people in your team.

You're willing to dedicate at least 2 hours per week to improving your business.
