Maximise Productivity How I Scaled My Business and Handed off Tasks

🌟 When I first started my business, I refused to hand off any of my tasks. And why would I? I was the most efficient at getting them done. I could do it faster and better than anyone else, feeling like a productivity machine. 💪

I’d work from 6 am to 6 pm, slogging it out and getting things done. No one could match my workload. I was literally doing the work of 2 or 3 people in a day. 😅

But as my business started to scale, I hit a wall. I had capped myself at maximum capacity. When my task load increased, I didn’t have anyone trained to hand things off to. This led to mistakes and inefficiencies. 🚧

It was only when I started delegating tasks to others that I truly began to scale quickly. Now, I take Fridays off, a massive plus that I've enjoyed for the last 15 years. 🎉

🚀 The moral of the story: If you want to go slow, don't let go. If you want to go fast, hand off those tasks.
