For Lenox Cove Apartments in Jacksonville, we were tasked with transforming a 116-unit hotel, including four different buildings. This project showcased J. Lane’s expertise in value engineering, as we prioritized the most crucial modifications (e.g., redoing the complex’s electrical circuits), while moving things along on-time and within budget.
