Hahn Builders is a Construction Company in the Niagara area of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and they specialize in additions, custom builds, and renovations. Hahn Builders just landed their biggest project to date July 2017.
Problems when Aaron first came to Profit For Contractors seeking help:
– He was wearing too many hats; he was doing all the roles in the company himself (admin, foreman, estimator, accountant, technician, etc.)
– He didn’t have systems in place to manage all his departments and tasks making him the system.
– He couldn’t make it to the next level because it required more education and learning on his part.
What wasn’t working effectively for Aaron:
– Lack of communication with his team
– No team meetings to get everyone on the same page
– Certain types of jobs didn’t have systems according to their specific elements and things would get missed
