In this continuation, we discuss two key strategies for successful goal setting:

1️⃣ Don’t Set Too Many Goals: For each quarter, aim for only 1 to 3 goals. Focusing on fewer goals prevents overwhelm and increases your chances of success. Remember, we can always add goals later!

2️⃣ Check In Regularly: I encourage leadership teams to review their quarterly goals every week during meetings. It takes just 5 minutes to assess if you’re on track or need to address any challenges. If you're off track, add those issues to your list for later discussion.
